These terms apply to all users including job seekers, recruiters and visitors.

2. Description of Service

HiringMitra is an online job portal that connects job seekers with recruiters and employers across India. Our services include:

• Job listing and search functionality
• Candidate profile creation and management
• Job application submission and tracking
• Recruiter tools for candidate sourcing and management
• AI-powered CV generation and job matching
• Invite system between recruiters and candidates

3. User Accounts

To use most features of HiringMitra, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Seekers – Rules of Use

As a job seeker on HiringMitra, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Not submit false or misleading credentials, qualifications or work experience
• Use the platform only for legitimate job-seeking purposes
• Not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform

5. Recruiters – Rules of Use

As a recruiter on HiringMitra, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, active job openings with accurate descriptions
• Not post fraudulent, misleading or illegal job listings
• Not use candidate data for purposes other than legitimate hiring
• Comply with all applicable labour laws and non-discrimination regulations
• Not spam or send unsolicited messages to candidates outside the platform
• Respect candidate privacy and handle their information with care

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use HiringMitra to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory or misleading
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Transmit spam, malware, or disruptive code
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any form of discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, age or disability
• Solicit money from job seekers in exchange for job placement

7. Intellectual Property

All content on HiringMitra including the logo, design, code, text and graphics is the property of HiringMitra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

By submitting content (profile, CV, job listings) to HiringMitra, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating our services.

8. Credits & Paid Plans

HiringMitra offers free and paid plans for recruiters. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Plan features and pricing may change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any plan at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

HiringMitra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job listings, or the conduct of users on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiringMitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HiringMitra at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
